It just really doesn't work like that. There are probably hundreds, if not then at least 50-60 girls who all work really really hard and deliver excellent service. But there is only room for 10 of them in the top 10. They deserve good reviews, yes, but you can't say they all deserve to be in the top 10 - only the top 10 do, and that's exactly the way it is now. The problem is not enough people reviewing. Girls should encourage their clients to review. The only problem is, some girls don't just ask for reviews, they ask for 5 star reviews, which is a different thing.

The other big problem with reviews is that girls seem completely unable to accept anything that isn't all 5 stars and glowing review. They start arguing over every criticism a reviewer may make and if that guy happens to really like the girl for some set of reasons, but wishes some other aspects would improve, if he says that in a review he is very likely to get the cold shoulder. If we could figure out a way of helping the ladies see that criticisms are a tool for GOOD, not bad, that would help. If we could figure a way to keep maliciousness out of reviews that would help too. It's a tough problem and not one I can ESA being able to do anything about. The girls and the reviewers need to both be smarter about using the service ESA provides.

You are absolutely spot on in regards with the amount of reviews done and reactions to those.

Best to wait 2 weeks before writing a review then the sp won't know who you are...unless you've shared your username with her...

Go fuck yourself! I have said I could care less about being on the top ten. I have carved a niche for myself already! Your attack was extremely demeaning to me as all you want to read into it is that I want a pedestal so you can attack me on a personal level.

I guess you have no concept of comprehension and actually understanding what Iv'e written or why I have stated that it's an issue. I lived on the top ten years ago and still had the same issues regarding the system. ESA has improved it vastly, but I'm just making a suggestion as I have chatted and interacted with many ladies online and off who feel the system is unfair. I'm suggesting room for improvement, not because I want to be on the top ten, but because I find it sad that the girls on the top ten are always targeted and the other girls feel that they just don't get a chance because it's not a fair system and it consists of favoritism that only includes gold member favorites month after month.

Bringing my integrity into question or accusing me of a reluctance or inability to compete fairly is totally uncalled for. Attention is the last thing I want or need in my life because it invites constant scrutiny and people begrudge you for it, but it's a necessary part of this industry in order to survive in it! I am happy with other ladies being on the top 10 even if I am never on it and I was merely making a suggestion and voicing others opinions with regard to it. My business hasn't been top 10 reliant in a long time and I still do well when I put my mind to it. Many of us do exceptionally well without it, so take your insults and insinuations and shove them up your ass!

I have always provided the best service within my capabilities. Yes, I even take days off when I'm having a bad day, but understand that none of us are here for the joy of the job and you're asking most ladies to have pride in a job where we are constantly degraded and made to feel less than the rest of society. We even look down on ourselves, so don't delude yourself into believing that all of us have pride or a good business ethic when it comes to this work. we are all here to pay the bills and some of us can fake loving what this industry does to us on a daily basis. It's all a matter of who wears the better mask. Most have no mask and you see the reality of what lies beneath when you have a bad experience or a girls having an off day. None of us were raised to become sex workers. None of us said, Gee golly mommy, when I grow up, I want to be the best best fuck in SA. But as usual, we are degraded down to a walking sperm receptacle! Wake up!

You deserve to be on the top 10 my girl, regardless of how the system does work, I'm sure you'll always be up there. You work very hard and i'm sure put up with so much from both girls and punters alike. Your openness to being fair in this regard shows that you're a very classy and caring human being. A willingness to share is not a common virtue in this industry and in life, you reap what you sow. I know you had a tough year, but with all that you do for so many, karma will come around for you soon in the way you deserve sweet lady.
