The Top 10 and girls that get good reviews for me is a good indication of who to visit. I do believe that if a girl gets good reviews over a period of time surely she must do something right..for sure that must count for something...so give credit where credit is due..I have wasted to much money on girls that give bad service. That is way I only have few girls I visit on regular basis..some have left the industry...so these girls that get good reviews on constant basis..must for sure get credit for there good service..so that is why I support the review system because they give a service that is there for all to see..

I didn't know that the top 10 is a problem but for your peace of mind you can ignore it. Apparently advertisers who are on top 10 don't seem to think it's a problem and it's because of advertizers that the website exist in the first place. At least that's my view however I do stand to be corrected if I'm wrong.

I'd love to get more reviews not so much for a top ten position but more to identify areas I can improve on.
Also a good review always makes me feel warm and fussy.
