I am very confident. My line of work is 100% aligned with this sort of shit. And yes, it is mostly working girls that do this shit but as I said it is a very very small percentage. Obviously not all the girls are aware of the shit storm that awaits them if they pull this kak but by far the most are. I see a lot of guys that are confident about SAPS working hard to verify claims before trial. Our Investigating officers (IOs) have caseloads with 1000s of dockets. Cases go for 5,6,7,8, 9 years. Every year IOs rack up a few more hundred dockets. Detectives now often cannot even appear at trial hearings. No time, so statements that have been obtained need to presented and witnesses on both sides are supoened.

A schedule 6 offense mandates bail in extraordinary circumstances. The idea that SAPS have the time and will to verify all claims to advise the prosecutor why he/she should not pursue denial of bail is ludicrous. You are just a number in the court. Nobody cares if you get locked up as an awaiting trial prisoner.

Guys have caught on to high court claims of wrongful detainment. Example: 6 guys convicted of murder, their friend the 7th is locked up for 2 years, but aquitted. The SAPS officer says on the stand that he kept the 7th guy was because he had a "hunch" that the guy was involved. Guy gets 1 million or 2 of our tax payer money. The courts are filled with these.

To guys on this thread telling you don't worry, the FCS officers at SAPS stations (mostly 1 or maybe 2) have time or care to ensure you get bail. Don't listen to them. Also don't listen to them about every WG not trying crap. Ones on dwelms will do it in a heartbeat. Especially if someone tells them that they can come to you and get the case dropped for a fee. You may still be at the local SAPS cells.

Keep the record of the transaction on some form of device. Buy an extra sim with your name attached to it. They have your license plate already so tracing is already easy for someone with means.

This sounds silly but take the condom with you. Don't leave it there.

And to add to the above.

The plan to extort you at the SAPS cells fails from their side too.

Sometimes they are not able to get it done. So you go to court and are in the system. Oh well, tough luck.

Last bit of advice. Follow good reviews. If there is hint of drug use, avoid. Can't trust a junkie to the right thing or even logical thing. This false accusation is not below a junkie.

What would the percentage be in this industry pertaining to drug users. I have some friends that are uses fuckin scum of this earth. Drugs is a choice you decided to put that shit down your mouth or nose now to sustain it you need to scam ppl.
