I'm sure the offer is open to discussion, perhaps a lady will say, it can work for me, but only 2 hours a week (or 4 hours every other week) and if she needs to meet him anywhere, he'll cover transport, for example. It could also be appealing since it's guaranteed income. A lady with rental of R8k a month could look at it and say, that's two thirds of rent covered. Or someone could decide, if he ups it to R6k then it works. I would warn both sides, there needs to be a level of trust. Once the money is paid over at the start of the month and you've had your first encounter, then encounters for the rest of the month becomes a chore for ladies. It's the same as those "pay upfront get a discount deals." I once took a lady up on one of those for 4 visits and after visit 2 her enthusiasm and dried up. On the other hand the lady must be sure that she gets her payment upfront and not at the end of the month. I think payment should be every two weeks to keep both parties incentivised.

I tend to agree with her. At R1250 a week for spending up to 4 hours with a punter, average at just over R312.5 an hour. Thats not financialy beneficial for the lady.
This is a raw deal for the escort and works more in your favour than theirs. At the end of the day, it's an offer and if someone accepts it, that's their choice.

I'm not defending the substance of his offer, but his right to make an offer (which no one is obliged to accept by the way), and the right of any lady to accept. I personally also think it's very low, but my opinion doesn't matter.

A hard sell to a top tier SP that's booked all the time for sure but that's very few SPs.
Having punted for a while I know a bunch of SPs that would consider this deal if the punter was tolerable.
Asking on this forum though isn't going to yield great results however, OP needs to do the leg work of booking SPs and finding one that he clicks with.
I honestly don't have time to be sampling and yes you're correct. WG are not working 24/7
