I can't believe what I have just heard both voice notes and how this post unfolds...what is more unbelievable is ESA Admin taking a back seat and not doing anything about this, it makes me wonder and question ESA's policies.

Policy #3 says "slightest derogatory racial and/or religious remark will result in immediate banning without warning."

This is not even a slightest.

The problem is majority of advertisers here are people of colour yet they don't know the power they have in their hands, ESA will keep on letting you down simply because they know you're at their mercy for advertising platform, if you all get to see how ESA really operates not how it makes you feel or perceive it.

You can stop advertising on this platform and that's part of respecting yourselves because ESA doesn't have your best interests at heart. Let ESA advertise for for those that they're protecting and whom are consuming their services like "wild-one"

Majority of you are driven by greed and you think advertising on ESA gives you an advantage or it kinda gives you some sort of status and puts you in a position to charge exorbitant amounts, perhaps it however look at what it comes with, your dignity. To you my african brothers please start respecting yourselves enough and start realizing that there's nothing special about white ladies and stop putting them on a pedestal as if they're the best thing.
