The R.O.A.R policy in South Africa is allowed, but it must never be to discriminate based on race, gender, religion, disability and so forth.

It is in place to maintain safety, enforce venue rules, prevent disruptive or harmful behavior and to protect us from what ever might be detrimental to the brand.

I am a MG of color and it breaks me to see that the divide is still alive.

Regardless of what was said or if this was a reaction to an action, if the ROAR policy is in place for race, I feel the message could have been delivered in a more professional and respectful way.

70% of my clientele is white. So I know white gents with your train of thought are in the minority.
With your deep hatred toward people of color, I'm 100% sure your offspring and their offspring are thoroughly going to love girls of colour lol.

Bottom line is.... her not seeing gents of colour, could have been communicated with more finesse. #Period
