Most of my pet-hates have already been posted on this thread. But one that has been omitted I believe is the continual bitching on ESA by some of the ladies. I come from a service industry background, and I would never in my life abuse a potential client on an advertising platform. If a past or future client makes a disparaging comment about either myself or my service, I would thank them, promise to attempt to improve and move on. This continual to-and-froing is not in good light and, for me, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, forcing me to remove them from my "to-do list"

No one's mentioned poor oral hygiene! We only discover this when pitching up for the booking or in session and by then it's already too late! Stained teeth, halitosis, smokers breath - sorry, but you're not seeing me again

I remember a booking once in Pretoria - there was a SP some were comparing to Aishwarya Rai and they weren't far off! But the moment I got to her place and she opened her mouth I knew it was going to be a very awkward 90 minutes

Not forgetting ladies with bad teeth. I find off-putting.

* Priyanka Chopra, not Aishwarya. Sorry, getting my Bollywood dreams mixed up!

Clock watching or short changing on time has been mentioned a few times but here's another real example. Made a first time booking for a massage, FH was offered as an extra. Massage was great and about what I thought was mid-way I considered taking that extra. I ask her how much was left, and she looked at her phone and said 15 minutes. I thought that didn't feel like 45 minutes gone past, and I decided not to pay extra for just a quickie. Finished about 10 minutes later, took a quick shower and got dressed and then saw there was still a lot of time on the clock and she's rushing, already holding her bag and waiting to show me out. I sarcastically said I'm sure I arrived less than an hour ago and looked at her but she's just smiling and looking dumb, which she was because she lost a good amount for the extra had she been honest about the time left, and also any future bookings.

Hear me loud and clear ladies. Short changing time is tantamount to fraud/theft. That's what it feels like to a punter. No punter will come back if they feel robbed. Do. Not. Do. It.

Very true Caton!
At premium rates, shortened time will result in you not seeing me again. At budget rates, a few minutes might be accepted.

A WG I held in very high regard very politely rushed me to finish around 20 minutes into the booking. A far cry from the initial great booking I had with her. Sadly crossed her off the list.

Also... not wearing lingerie upon arrival and messy hair. A tell tale sign that she has no interest in knocking the ball out the park.

To cut through all the comments, it comes down to 1.Professionalism and 2.Interpersonal skills. Successful ladies get this balance right. Professionalism is the basics, good communication, keeping to time, etc. But don't confuse professionalism with being bossy and cold. That's where interpersonal skills come in. Playing the role of the escort/courtesan. This is a very intimate profession so besides doing all the professional things right, you have got to be friendly, engaging, attentive, dress right, etc. We go to hotels primarily to sleep, but we don't go just for a bed. Especially if we've spent money on a nice hotel. We remember the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, attention to detail, if everything was to our expectation. And if anything was not, unfortunately that overshadows the good.

Ladies, I know many of you don't like your job, and that is fine. It's not a requirement of the job and for you to be good at it. Most of us hate our jobs or some aspect of it, but we are expected to perform or else get fired. You can't accept money on the one hand and then not deliver the work/services that you've been rightfully remunerated for on the other. Look at it this way, if you are going to do this, why not make as much money as you can. Make it count for something. You can only do that with a revolving door of regulars and new clients. Here's a secret if business is quiet, it mostly affects mediocre wg's, not so much the wg's that get it right. How can business just be quiet for everyone when this is an addiction for a lot of punters, yet the casinos and the liquor stores are never short of customers? People must and will punt, the only question is why should they come to you.
