This is an open invitation to all members of ESA.
If you would like to attend this social please pm me or add your name to the list. If your name is on the previous thread. I have already included you.

I have 2 venues in mind. Hopefully this party will out do all the previous ones!

Both are perfect... and will probably add to the atmosphere.

I have worked out a budget and will need to charge a cover charge to cover expenses at either venue.


Number 1

Eddie has volunteered to let us use ESA head office, in Sandown! Thank you Eddie.
We will supply eats and snacks, ice and glasses and everyone brings their own booze.

Number 2.

Is Pharaohs Fantasy Club, in Midrand. Thank you Lara.
We will book the venue for the event and it will be closed to the public. The venue has a pool, jacuzzi, private rooms, voyeurs room and dungeon. Stripper pole and dance floor.

Eats, snacks to be supplied. Drinks will be for your own account at the cash bar.

Looking at the numbers it looks like it will be at Pharoahs. I will confirm the venue by the 2nd November and send out the invitations on the 5th confirming all the details.

Date 30 November.

Time from 1.30 till 7pm.

The cover charge will be R300 for gents and R200 for ladies. We have had many parties planned before this, where I have outlayed capital, and then we had a lot of no shows.

So all monies will need to be paid in advance by the 31st of October to secure your invitation. And I can budget for catering and get things sorted.

I will pm banking details to everyone once you confirm you will be attending.

There are facilities available for discreet play, please arrange this directly with the lady of your choice at your own discretion. The cover charge does not include any private booking fees. Ladies there will also be no extra charge for using the rooms or facilities.

If I may have my 2c, I would prefer Pharoahs, always wanted to go there! But in the interests of our rainbow nation, I hope they allow dark ou's there too???
