So I've been trying this semen retention since I read this thread and there's already a noticeable change.

I just looked at the available now and noticed that I find a lot more wgs attractive and have a desire to bang them, wgs I wouldn't normally even look at or pretty much all of them are starting to look a lot more attractive and desirable.

Let's see how long I can "retain" for and what other differences come about.

My doctor advised me against it. After my last check-up, he advised that I need more frequent release or I might run into some prostate problems.

Who am I to argue against my doctor?

also...my friend at school told me, he heard of a guy, who knew a guy...who went retard from not jizzing...I think he used the word "Jizzerk"

but seriously.......recent study... extended semen retention also linked to cancer and higher cortisol (fat maker).

seriously guys,...you and your friend need a hobby, try punting.

I dare you to Google "things that have been linked to cancer full list" and put them all in this thread.

Also, out of genuine curiosity, may I ask why you're trying to talk me out of something I've done for years, when I have not once attempted to talk you into it? What's it to you? You worried I'm gonna get fat? I don't understand your investment.

Totally fair. Always listen to your healthcare provider. Personally, I'm not there yet. (No offence.)

I wouldn't call it pseudoscience when it hasn't actually been properly researched.

There are hordes of men professing to the benefits of semen retention, there are even dedicated boards on reddit for it where people post there experiences. I also think it's not for everyone but it certainly seems to benefit a lot of men.

The practice is also common in mma and boxing communities. Both Ali and Tyson were advocates of it. On the other end of the spectrum I've also read accounts of athletes who say a good orgasm before competitive sports improves their performance.

None taken, but I've read quite a bit on it from different sources, It is an interesting concept, but all theoretical, I guess for some it works and others not.

The closest I got is no-nut November, a.k.a Movember. As I'm getting older, I need to put my health first.

So have fun with it while you can. hahaha

Can't argue with anything you've said here, R2. I first heard of it through Ali. (Not through him directly, but you know what I mean.)

And since I can only testify to MY experience, I have no doubt that there are varying opinions from those who've tried it.

Thanks for your input.
