True. That being said, in this context, it's mostly racial.

Those that have it listed for the alternate reasons you listed would most probably outliers.

If ROAR applied by a WG, it is 100% her choice and her right, even if colour factors in to that. She bares the consequence of that alone and it does not really hurt punters at all.

I fail to see a reason why punters should be making it such an issue.

As a white guy i know i am not immune to roar. I have been denied because I am white (mostly from Japanese women, from white women too). I have even had a black girl apply roar to me because she had bad experiences with white men that felt entitled, felt they were better than her and treated her with disrespect. In some cases it was really disappointing but there was always another lady willing to take me to the bedroom (even in the same establishment).
