At the end of the day I respect her decision which is most likely based on trying to safeguard herself from harm and not because she doesn't find a particular skin colour unattractive.

The lesson is to treat the ladies well. Pay them their due, be courteous, be polite and always ask before you do anything beyond what was agreed.
