So I think this is more for the punters out there. So one of the reasons I prefer ESA is for the review system. There are a few other reasons but mainly that. I also tend to check a few things about the punter and their reviews before going for the kill.

My question is so seeing a lady has maybe 2 latest bad reviews I then pass on in case I have to pay school fees again. But at what point do we start giving the lady a second chance to fix her mistakes. Is it a few new punters taking the dive and we go from there. Or do we write off that lady for good till she starts a new profile??

Don't be so technical. Just go punting. Bad service should never be tolerated. There is no excuse for that. Just black book bad service and move on.

It depends on the nature of the "error". Thinks like leaking phone numbers or anything to do with confidentiality breach is a lifetime no in my life.
If it was just a slip in not adhering to dress code request, I think clear comms and a 2nd chance is fine

Ok so but now I have a question? There is a lady in my area using the same guestlodge I do. Only diffrence is she stays there.

So yesterday I had a client and went looking for the receptionist. Come around the corner, here this chick is knocked out cold from the G. I tried to wake her up. Nothing.

I had 2 bookings right after each other. And still she was just laying there.

I asked the staff, and this? They replied by saying if they try to help her, afterwards she swears them abd fight with them.

Im like oh hell no. I went straight to the owner and told him he needs to get her right or out. Cause if she dies pn his property he will have big shit. And for her. My girl I hope you read this. And many other like you.

Wtf!!!! You advertise on the only site thats most respected. And where you will probably find punters respecting you. And then you all want to complain you not getting bookings.

Stop working for your habits. And start working for yourself. Please your worth more then that.

Do you report behaviour like this to esa? I mean its not only her name she is messing up here. Its everybody else around her.

The site she advertise on, the guesthouse she is staying at, the other ladies using the guesthouse.

I mean she was out cold right outside her room. Really. Cant you do your stash inside your room

Generally I ratio it. More than 50% of bad reviews tends to mean you will probably have a bad experience. Especially if the reviews complain about the same thing. But if there is one or two bad reviews amongst majority positive reviews then I will take a punt on her (excuse the pun hehehe)

Also take note where the reviews are coming from. There are reliable punters that I personally lookout for that give honest reviews and I tend to be influenced by them. Also the review system has been abused by WG or acquaintances that may serve to trick punters. After a while of being in these purple streets you get to pick up these things. But most often you will just have to take the plunge and see for yourself because there are lots of good (and bad I guess) WG who do not get reviewed and you might fancy her so that becomes a lottery.

One advice I would give WG is if you get a bad review.

1. Respond back and try make it up to the punter. Everybody loves a redemption story. Avoid getting into an argument going back and forth with a punter because it just looks bad for business. If a punter gave you a bad experience politely state your case and thank them for their business and move on

2. Drown out the bad review(s) with good reviews a punter will take a chance on you if you have majority good reviews than bad.

3.Thank punters for their reviews good or bad. Shows that you have manners and a good attitude which goes a long way for your business.

Nothing worse than a lady swearing in uppercase letters...
Just be humble and say thank you for talking the time to review
It's hard,but it looks better on the lady if she does that.

If you like the lady, and clearly you do if you read all her reviews, then I think she's worth the chance to make up your own mind.

It's not ESA's business, neither yours, what she does with her life.
If you come on here, moaning about a lady in your area, you ultimately and inadvertently give everyone there a horrible name...
If you don't do anything to directly help her, it is very unfair of you to complain about her on a forum.
Be the better person and speak to her when she's sober and show that you care, that is, if you do...
