Good afternoon, this is just me venting about my problems... Feel free to skip it, if you want to.

I just wanted to rant a bit about how bloody impossible it is to find a WG when you live in the rural areas of the country, and since it's not something I can post on Facebook, I thought I would post it here.

I used to live in Pretoria, and gods do I miss it when it comes to punting/visiting WGs...

So, life happened. Due to financial woes I was forced to move back to the lowveld last year, back to a small town that's the kind of place you come from, not go to.

I know the obvious thing to do would be to go to Pretoria, and visit WGs while I am there, but yeah,financial woes are always a consideration... Travelling back and forth will cost me about R2500, just petrol and tollgates... Nevermind accommodation etc.

So,what is a guy to do? Well, you look on esa of course! I trust this site more than any other for this kind of thing.

... Right, go to classified ad sites

What a fucking nightmare

When you do actually see an ad that seems above board, you attempt to contact the lady... And you get nothing, no reply.

Or you get someone who replies, they will insist on a booking fee.

Now, I have been scammed one too many times. I don't do booking fees. Ever.
Cash in hand, or nothing at all.

So, inevitabily I am stuck with nothing at all.

So yes, I have no choice but to wait patiently until I have an opportunity to go visit Pretoria again.

I miss you ladies terribly, and if I had the financial ability, I would get you to do a weekend away to here... But yes, like winning the powerball, that is only a pipe dream.

Bro I feel you, I'm from jhb and life in the Loweveld area now, sometimes there's a decent girl here and there but mostly nothing, makes you miss home a lot.

I feel your pain , I'm down in Nelspruit, very difficult to make solo trips to jhb as I'm self employed and the wife is always around .

Hence at the mercy of those ladies who travel to Nelspruit , we have a few who come done this side now and again,which I'm definitely appreciative of,it would be nice if there was more variety though.

Big City guys don't know how lucky they are .

When it comes to wg's in smaller towns it's an absolute nightmare,wish we were more spoiled for choice but alas you have to work with what comes around , unfortunately you will learn this the hard way

I dont mind travelling to these small rural areas if lam guaranteed 5 bookings and given information on accomodation .Maybe we can start with Tzaneen
