Sadly the good ones become threats, and are "forced" out.
First is that as the smallest group, the ratios will hold true and you'll have the least amount of wgs.
2 is that Indian wgs (bar a few exceptions) in general are actually the worst service providers. They barely know how to suck it fuck as most of their upbringing is quite against sexuality. Then they have the expectation of just lying there moaning and groaning with an attitude often for you to get it over with. This then usually leads to bad reviews and good warning which is headed and they don't get business and eventually leave ESA. A lot continue advertising on other sites without reviews since punters can't be warned about their shitty service.
3 is many use their rarity and princess complex as grounds for charging exorbitant fees which deters a lot of people since there's better wgs much cheaper.
4 is many can't get passed the ROAR barrier eliminating a large portion of the client base making it harder to generate enough income to do this for a living.
5 is they generally have lot's of rules like don't touch here and there, and no fingers, no kissing etc which is a out off to many making it hard for them to survive in this industry.
There's just a handful of exceptions that are very good and generally they are so good get they they get snapped up for marriage and then would rather live a life of leisure than service random men.

I think the main reasons is demographics, ROAR and the strong family structure (my opinion).
In my early days I had the pleasure of knowing two amazing girls and honestly I'd love to have then back. They were the best SPs at the time. One girl was so dark in complexion she was like an Indian Sudanese. She would tell me she was shunned by Indian men because she looked black. Honestly she was beautiful, smart and one amazing woman to be with.
Since then, most Indian sp pale (literally) in comparison and over priced. I'd prefer 2 Thais for the price on an Indian lady.
