This is a pain just above my ass crack at the base of my spine and it seems to radiate upwards.
I've been to a chiropractor before for multiple sessions. Tbh it felt more like a Thai massage with some extra steps.

I'm just not convinced this is the right place to find someone to sort out what sounds like a medical issue particularly something that may be related to a pinched nerve or possibly your spine.

I know people who have also had great success with the right chiro. Often they start at a physio but don't get results.
