I started typing your reply, then I deleted it I don't think it's wise to reveal that on the general forum. Any SP interested can just PM me. I believe in paying for her time away from her normal responsibilities. I have had interested SP's PM me, some with ridiculous high rates and some with very low rates. Taking the offer into consideration I do have a min & max. Obviously if the SP's rate is too low, she will receive my min that is more than her quoted rate & maybe a tip. All in all I think it is a handsome offer.
