Been scrolling through some feeds on social media, and some people saw this coming when the announcement was made about the energy dept taking over Eskom.

stop worrying sheeple , the anc has it all under control , within weeks a few more factories will close down because of all the load shedding and then there will be ample power for a few more months , just stay calm

off course the million jobs that was lost due to load shedding is a little concerning but I am sure the criminal industry will provide the necessary growth to accommodate them

however it is for the possibilities of loadshedding, propper planning to prevent any inconveniences or interruptions ...

Load shedding isn't going anywhere.
It will be like this for the next 10 years, also stage 8 will happen sooner than you think.

No use complaining bcz we already know this country is a one time f - up.

Learn to live with it, invest in generators, solar panels...inverter and UPS works well too and not that expensive.

Count yourself lucky if you see the end of it in your lifetime.

It's sad guys. I also don't think in my lifetime. Hopefully, alternative power will eventually solve the problem in my lifetime.

20 years ago I advised mates in SA to invest in the business of back up power systems such as generators and solar knowing full well what was coming.
Phase 2 once the powers gone is water. Start planning now folks
