You get any cheap phone.

Then you go to one of the Pakistani Cell shops and tell them you want an already RICA'd SIM card of your network of choice. They will give you one for around R10-20.

Buy airtime cash and load onto that SIM card and use that for calling and messaging wgs.

Switch it off when you're not using it. Hide it as well if you're married. Ignore any and all calls you're not expecting from say a eg that you made an appointment with and confirming booking. Apart from that, it's probably spam or scam.
