Is this new lighting intentional? I don't think I like it, doesn't show the lady's true complexion cause they all look the same

ESA must have some of the best photographers ever because the photos are beyond flattering for some of the ladies. I sometimes cross-check the same ladies profile on other sites to get a more realistic picture.

I have to agree ... and whilst there is no editing ... there is all the lighting etc. certain positions and poses accentuated so most certainly can and has been deceiving
I look at some shoots and then look at PG pics and I'm like is this the same lady ...

Best photographer I've ever used is from ESA.
My pictures are absolutely stunning and makes me feel sexy.

Actually there is some editing also.
