you should take the PEP, its for your own safety and well being, especially since you OCD.
There is always a risk for both the Service provider and the punter, but there are ways to minimize the risk. - best way is to see reputable SP.

I would recommend to visit some message venues first that will give you a happy ending (hand job), and than as your confidence grows than start see WG, and since you OCD i would stay away from asian girls till your confidence comes back to start visiting them.

Read the forum and reviews and pick a few of the more reputable girls, and take it from there.
