Damn! It certainly sounds like you've been on the receiving end of some rough treatment at a few venues.

I don't know about fighting but the stories I've heard during sessions about their colleagues shows that there is a certain amount of animosity between the ladies.

A former regular - who has since left the industry- was gone for a couple of months so I decided to see another lady at the venue. When she returned I made a booking with her. The other girl tried greeting me while we were on our way to the room when my regular sharply yelled "don't even think about it" to her.

That seriously made me feel like the man.

Hahahahaha... Whaaaatttt????
Like a man huh?

Let's hope she won't yell at me now huh:-)
Unless you still want to feel like a man ya :-)

At another venue you had to pay the manager extra in order to get bookings off the house ad under the table if you didn't she would tell clients that you were not available or booked up so you wouldn't get to see clients.

One venue owner decided to fire me for drugs I dont do when I wouldn't snitch about the habits of girls when I knew nothing about the habits!!

At ALL venues the girls bad mouth other girls in the room with clients. Happens all the time.

Venue owners all have their favourites that they will push onto the clients if the client asks who they recommend.

At one house the owner liked attention heaped on her by the girls. If she didn't get it from you then she herself badmouthed you to clients.

Sometimes things get physical as well and it doesn't take any alcohol or drugs for that to happen either.

I will never work at a venue again as they are all just toxic places. I've never worked at a venue where people are genuinely nice and know how to play nice. Bitches be bitches.

They might be all smiles etc when a client walks in but believe me behind the scenes the claws are always out. Get on the wrong side of the Queen B of the house and you will have issues.

I was told by a punter that he can't review me because a certain "lady" here he books and reviews regularly will be very upset. Nice one. Can I name and shame as he told me who it is!!

And then guys wonder why ladies leave venues and why certain venues only have the same girls for a substantial period and new ladies dont last long at those houses. Eyes open yet?

Oy )-: Victoria, I am so sorry to hear that, I really never thought it was that hard .
No one deserves such a treatment.

And that was at a well known upmarket venue that had a "Sterling" reputation amongst punters! You would think this happens at only the dodgy places but I've had the nastiest things happen at the so called "best" upmarket supposedly decent places.

Thank you Allora.
You have to have a strong backbone and a thick skin plus the ability to stand up for yourself in this business otherwise the nastiness can break you. I now work with a very small team of ladies who are all sober and focused on their lives & goals (which I think makes a big difference) and I couldn't be happier.

It comes down to their individual personalities. Some do and some don't. Many venues try to get girls that vibe well together but it doesn't always last.

Oh boy where does one begin? Lol

I'll try and keep it brief to sum up my nastiest experiences from memory.

My first venue and also my first in industry....

The day I left to join another venue, the owner's mom came up to me whilst I was driving out saying things like "go fuck and get aids" oh also nearly closing the gate on my car.

I only drove a Mercedes Benz then...... imagine the cost should the gate caused damage if I was not quick enough.
Oh yes not to mention the booking money I worked for the previous day they decided to keep also.

Like wow, Merry Christmas fuck me!

My second venue I left for first venue..... Things went really, really horrible after nearly a year. Don't even want to talk about it. But it's times ten worse than previous. Oh yes and lost my booking money there too....

Third venue
I'm not a druggie and alcohol user or in their case should I say abuser.

Hostesses and girls were not too nice to me. I had to eventually promote myself to get clients.

Which is what the hostesses are supposed to do as they get commission for each booking made.

Well eventually I got busy, and I would make my bookings directly at reception. Meaning 0 commission from my side to hostesses for bookings made.

For a brief period worked semi for myself in Hyde Park and met probably what I remember as the nastiest and most bitter elderly woman of my life.

(I understand she doesn't have a very good name in industry due to her ugly double standard nature and behavior towards "certain" people). Things she said to me was so horrible I cried in the Uber all the way home.

So I could really say my first five years in industry was no cake walk. But as I got older and wiser I learnt how to ensure I don't get involved with anyone or anything that could potentially cause problems, so last four years no serious issues to date :)
