Yes. Mostly in the form of airtime as that's easier for me. Without being asked. And, ofcourse, not expecting anything in return.
That's a really nice gesture and a good gesture I believe allows for a good gesture in return

Oh, by the way...this modern thing that one goes Dutch when invited out to dinner by a Gent...is insulting to me.
It is not because I am rude but, still very old fashioned that way...my purse remains in my bag as I know u a true Gent and will be covering the bill....u did invite me out after all.

I will probably do it again if I feel like it.
Not one of those times I did it, was it asked for or expected, but it was appreciated and brought joy to those that was on the recieving end.
None of those time did I do it to be liked more, I already knew that they liked me;) And not once have I ever regretted doing something nice for any punter.
Sometimes it is nice to just do things without it being expected and it sure is nice to see it make a difference to that person and see them happy as a result.
Truth be told I had been on the recieving end too, quiet a few guys had done things for me or given me things purely because they could and wanted too, and I have always and will always appreciate that.
