Contrary to most people I think ESA is correct to ban her, tbh I think they were nice enough to let her ad stay active. Imagine you running a advertising business and your customers does not renew their contract but still uses your platform to promote themselves getting some benefits of what they will not be paying for. As N4P has stated breach of Contract I would have terminated ad with no refund.

It is not fair for other advertisers to have to pay and Miss Megan already generating future business without paying. It does not make business sense for us to allow this either, we are a business and without paying advertisers, this platform would not be able to continue.

Miss Megan's advert has not been suspended, she has just been banned from posting on the forum, a forum she has no right to post on to start with, need I remind you, that the forum is not something you or anyone else pays to use, it is a privilege afforded to you, a privilege that can and will be terminated if the policies are not followed.

The freeloading rules are very clear.

How can you u blame esa really guys. She's leaving esa that means she does not want to pay for the service and punters that esa has build but want to take the clients with I totally agree with esa.

You're not very bright, are you? The advertisers don't "work for" Esa, they just use a service(advertising) that they provide. The customers that will have saved the lady's number are her client base. The fact that they found her through esa is utterly irrelevant.

So your analogy is just stupid. It's more like you decide to stop running adverts for your cafe in the Kempton Park Chronicle and then the Kempton Park chronicle tells you "fine, but you can't keep any of your customers that also happen to read our newspaper"
