Good point. Ladies with high ratings obtained over a long period of time have indeed a lot to lose and unlikely to risk a meagre deposit for a whole reputation carefully build up.
Its your money spend it as you see fit, its my livelyhood i will earn it as i see fit.
I ask deposits for travels, for all nighters and for longer than the standard hour session.
It has been pointed out we loose when you dont pitch or aint where you should be or just end up ghosting us just before a set appointment.
Power, makeup, perfume, sometimes transport cost and time. And out of it all it is the time lost that kills me.. atleast 2 hours is lost if you made an hour appointment and did not pitch. 2 hours that i could have accomodated someone else that would not have "stood me up". It is very hard to fill a slot that was kept for someone if they dont pitch.( actually posted about something yedterday regarding appointments made and the if/maybe visits)
It is really nice that someone came and vouched for the lady.
It is really sad that one or two rotten apples had fucked it up for the majority that is honest and wont steal from a punter.
Not once have i been paid a deposit and not held up my end of the bargian, not once has anyone paid me a retainer and honoured every single paid for session.
I honestly want to scream when i read how negative guys are regarding deposits and retainers as a result of a few that screw people over.

Everyone must do what they believe is best for them.
If someone feels he/she can not "risk" 95 rand for my peace of mind, so be it.
I'd rather loose 2 or 3 apointments a week from people standing on non deposit principles than continuously loosing out because of no shows and last minute cancelations.
We all make our beds and sleep in it.

My ups to the ladies for trying to mitigate the ever growing crap that they facing on a daily basis impeding on their ability to earn a keep..
...and I hope there will be honour among all and thus not ruin it for the "good girls and guys".
