A couple of years ago, i had a good mate visiting from the States. Phoned two ladies to visit us at my place for a 3 hour outcall. Got the drinks, doobie and snacks sorted and paid for their transport. The one lady wanted a 50% deposit, the other was cool. Needless to say, the "deposit" lady was a no-show while the other lady pitched up and was such a a star, we paid her double plus the drop-out's other 50%.

I do ask for 50% of the booking+transport, and I always show up for my bookings. I'm a woman of my word,if I tell you I'll be there best believe I will be there!

I would understand for overnight or really special treatments, but for an hour basic no extras, there are 50 other great options in PTA, like I said, never been asked for a deposit, ever.

50% deposit is a big ask from a client.
It's not like she needed to buy materials to do the job.
I'd also be wary of handing out 50% deposits to strangers who's real names I don't even know.

The request for deposit makes no sense.Except perhaps for lady going out for out booking which is also risky,lady hosting a client has not reason requesting a deposit,she stands to lose nothing if a client doesn't pitch. I have never and will never pay a deposit for a punt.Got stood up many times to trust anyone in this game!

I had never paid a deposit up to that day (and never since) but my mate fancied her and I, wanting to be a good host and reciprocate, paid her, her blood money. While i understand apprehension from a SP (with all the crap going around), rather say "no can do", rather than "can do and fuck you"
