I performed some research and discovered that Thai women are among the shortest in the world, standing at an average height of 1.55m. I check the girl's height and if it differs by more than 4cm from the average, I prefer not to visit. I understand that many punters don't mind Code 3 ladies, but I prefer born women.
I see a lot of lovely possibilities, but when I see a height of 1.68m, for example, that's a big red flag for me.
But now I'm wondering if I'm missing out because the lady is an abnormally tall born Thai lady.
What are other punters experiences? Is it possible, for example, to seek the lady's ID or passport to verify her birth gender?

Not sure if this is a fool proof method, but a fairly safe way is to go for ladies that don't offer greek. All post-ops once only had one hole for sex which they are unlikely to have stopped using. That doesn't mean that all Thai ladies that offer greek are post ops though. Another option is also to go for ladies that have 100% natural boobs. Again,not all Thai ladies that have boob jobs are post-ops but you know for sure that no post op was born with boobs so had to have had surgery. The challenge however is that some boob jobs look very natural and the boob droops like a natural boob and lots of ladies prefer the more natural look for their implants as opposed to the bombshell look. Other than that I don't have ideas, there are post-ops that look 100% feminine so it is unfortunately a mine field.

Asking doesn't help, they'll never tell you the truth. There was a lady on here that I was very unsure about, my gut told me she is post-op but her reviews looked good. I messaged and asked respectfully if she will tell me if she is a post-op or not. I think she must get this question all the time because she found it funny and then proceeded to video call me out of the blue and pulled down her panties to show she has a vagina. I didn't book her because that move put me off. Luckily she posted some nude photos in her PG and let's just say the surgeon didn't do a good job down there.

Another time I went to a venue and the receptionist could see my hesitation after the line up and I told her I'd rather go because some were definitely post-ops which means all could be. She took pity on me and whispered to me in case anyone was within earshot, which one was female, turns out only the one and she was short and petite. I was still nervous but once I inspected the goods including her small natural titties I felt more comfortable.

Check hand size as well as if there is an Adam's apple. Thai ladies will have no Adam's apple, and smaller hands, whereas lady boys do still have the Adam's apple and larger than normal hands

Adam's apple is not fool proof as there is a plastic surgery technique where the it can be "shaved" off.

Reminds me of a joke

To Spot the guys:
*Gen Tall
*Bigger hands
*More Oval/Square jawed Face
*Have adams apple(although they can get surgery these days)
*Girls generally have narrow shoulders and broad hips, while ladyboys have broad shoulders and narrow hips...basically smaller and more petite
*It gets harder all the time though to spot these code 3s though especially with all the modern advancememts in cosmetic surgery.

Small- round face - wide hips, short and petite is usually a chick.

I also gen ask the SP ahead(not always reliable) if they are ladyboys or not? or ask a few punters who have been there done that...

Intrestingly ..When the rather crude, medieval inspection method of [lifting up a skirt to have a peak] aint a civil option...

In those tricky cases it may help to get them talking, Ladyboy thai's use their lack her majestys english,to mask their deep voices...Pity the nervous/newbie punter who is a bit shy to look or speak..he will usually get a nice(unforgetable)suprise when he goes downtown....

Whatever happens..The "law of averages" states you will get caught out atleast once...hopefully its before you start any session though...then you can hastily make a tactical retreat or if you into that kind of sh!t... make a rear entry!!!

Pre-op: When she jizzes all over your face,then that will help you know for sure.

Post-op is a bit more tricky.

If you cannot decipher from her voice,hand and feet size,and sometimes her Adam's apple is prominent,just like most guys',then...

When during foreplay,you begin to finger her,or go down on her,the vaginal walls feel slightly more rubbery or elastic-y,even with lube or natural wetness.

IDK how else to describe it with my limited vocabulary,but,to me at least,it definitely feels different to fingering or eating out a person born with a vagina.

One doesn't really want to go that far though to find out. Reminds me of the guy who posted he does the tongue taste to establish whether the lady has any unwanted aromas down there or not - by then it's too late.
