I have been saying this for yrs cash is king.

It feels like it has been happening much more often these days. In this past 2 weeks I've had 4 ewallets or cash sends reversed and then of course I've been blocked etc.... Girl i feel you. And I wish that everyone can just understand some of us really is doing this for a livelyhood and it is absolutely disgusting that you will not keep up your side of the deal.

I agree 100% it does count as rape then. We are not in the business to be a charity f*ck machine.

The underlying requirement is that prostitution needs to be legal in that jurisdiction.

If two people agree to commit a crime e.g. a robbery, and share the proceeds equally,but one of the parties disappears with the proceeds,the aggrieved party has no recourse in law to enforce their contractual rights. Not even in the small claims court.

Courts only enforce legal agreements. The agreement to commit a crime does not give rise contractual rights.

A case of rape would be adjudged on the merits and not the contractual breach. In other words, if the contract had been fulfilled e.g. the service provider was paid, would the conditions required for crime of rape have still existed.

Name & Shame............. Sows distrust and disrespect to punters who appreciate these ladies talents & services.
