But if you really want to do it yourself, all you need to do is take any thread, doesn't matter what its about, and turn it into an advert. You don't even really need to link it back to the topic. So as a example. If someone says "My grandmother passed away this morning", you can say "That's really kak. But guess what's not really kak? Lalaa No.1..." and then insert a link to your ad.

The ladies seem to love SF - methinks a name change to Rasputin would be in order.

Last week he listed a lady as mediocre, today he recommends her for an overnight.

Yup did the same thing with a lady in Dowerglen (I think) a couple months ago - absolutely slammed her and then reversed course fast enough to still edit the exact same forum posts. I assume her EFT came through in the interim, or she got hold of him and promised to make suitable arrangements.
