A large number of people are "quarantined" in Government facilities. I do know they use some "run-down" Escom facility in Gauteng, a Resort in Limpopo.
This is not the first such case they have lost. There were 2 medical Doctors that took them to court in the early stages of Lock-down, to secure their released from such a facility in Limpopo.

Not yet. What they have shown over the past few weeks though, is if you leave half a gap, they will exploit it.

Isolating and being in hospital are 2 different things. There was some dodgy place in Mpumalanga or Limpopo where people were forced to be quarantined, amongst others.
