I would say charge double and do a 90 min booking would be fair in my eyes.
Clearly WG are not charitable .

As I said it is am individual thing. Every lady will charge as she is comfortable.

You have to work that out for yourself. What might seem fair to some might not seem fair to others.
It comes down to the same old thing.. If a qouted fee is not within what you willing to spend. Keep looking somewhere out there there is a for fit everyone.

Whatever you are quoted is fair as you are free to decline and go elsewhere

I have had many such encounters.
Some charged double, some charged 50% more, others did not charge extra - however it was always mutually discussed and agreed.
Simples - express what services you want and for how long and let the WG decide the fee. Either accept or look elsewhere.

Girls will say you pay for my time, not to cum twice etc. Now it's, you pay per person.
If the wg isn't taking care of both him and his wife's needs and then why charge double? The wife was only touching him
