You all remember Belle? The sweet little thing we rescued from a bad area and took into our home and hearts?

At the time we picked her up, we made a joke that the area is dodgy so hopefully she isnt dodgy. I specifically said I didnt think she would rob us!

I was cashing up one of our ladies, and accidentally dropped several notes under the desk. I bent down and there was Belle on the other side of the desk, picking up a note and running off with it!

'The dog!" I yelled in panic, 'grab the dog!'

Poor Sharon runs after the dog who bolted out the office and down the passage with her loot. It was fur, paws and tail followed by Sharon in heels and her mini skirt.

Thankfully the money was returned. Who knows why she stole it. Bones? A bad dog down the road? What are dogs huffing these days? Perhaps its peer pressure. We are based in Bryanston and it's not like she has a diamante collar like the other poodles of pampered means.

Not sure what the punishment should be. Sharon thankfully is not pressing charges against our crooked canine companion.

Any suggestions?

Gary the Guinea Fowl may have been a player, but he was never a thief.
