As our minister of housing has already relayed there will be NO forced evictions at this time , may I please implore punters to please make it easier for girls to go into quarantine ? I'm asking on behalf of the working girls with children , if you know of any working girl in a desperate situation please donate food for her and her children , I am NOT one of these working girls , but I know the helplessness when you're unable to work and the stresses of trying to feed your children, they can not work from home as their kids will be at home and venues, as well as independent girls should be on quarantine , we are THE worst industry to fight this virus off. If there are any working mothers willing to stay at home , would any of the punters be willing to donate food stuff so their kids Atleast eat during this time? As stated I am not one of these girls and can fend for myself but they can't isolate if they have starving kids at home , even if you sent food packages with basics via pnp ect?

Please think about it , they don't have government grants or SARS and tax records to claim small business relief.

They don't need cigarettes or drugs or alcohol , I'm asking on behalf of the mommies trying to feed their babies who don't beg others for help , don't live off other people and actually try working to bring their kids up. They can't be penalized and have their kids starve for doing the right thing. Are there any punters who these specific working girls could ask for food Atleast ? Maybe just state it here so they can privately message you and spare the embarrassment?

I know a lot of absolutely astounding wonderful punters and I hope they extend their kindness and humanity as they have for me , past and present.

It's a terrible situation. And the shops are running out of food too.

I got told one can live on peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk a day, push comes to shove, ladies may have too.

No evictions? If tenants in my properties are not gonna be paying, they will get out, that's for sure. Minister can say what he wants, stay for free don't happen. How is he gonna make the difference between someone that cannot May and someone just not paying even if he can. I am still to hear about this story anyway.

If you are a standard bank customer and have a biz doing less than 20 mil you can take a three months payment break right ? But you will get charged interest still and those 3 months repayments be due end of June anyway so what kind of a break is that. The only winner here is the bank actually.

If you watched the SABC tonight , the president never addressed, but before hand the ministers came on and the minister of housing definitely said NO forced evictions will happen during this time and it will be enforced.

This is not normal circumstances , this is a state of emergency. Waiters, service providers ect ect have all had to take either salary cuts or no pay. What is the alternatives ? To have everyone evicted? They are writing up laws to protect the majority not the minority in these circumstances. When enforced land lords will face penalties. You won't be able to go to court ect. These are unprecedented circumstances, I think as a land lord you will loose.

Who is going to police that? I can guarantee you that people will be evicted forcefully.
