The review format is not actually suitable for venues. For that reason I have scored only 1’s for items not related to the venue.
In my opinion, BE is in desperate need of some upgrades. Some simple additions to the treatment rooms can definitely improve the experience when visiting this venue.
On the privacy side, I also score a one due to the fact that some SPs where sitting outside the front door when I was on my way out. I find this unexceptable, and the first time that it has happened to me.

We have always gone for a clean minimalist approach in our therapy rooms to not distract from your sensual massage experience. I believe that too many faffy things in a room lead to unnecessary clutter.

I have taken your comment about the ladies sitting outside into consideration and will be moving the break area.

Review based on telephone manner only. Called to book a 90min massage as I have a really sore back. Was told that none of the ladies will take a 90min booking for a first visit, even though I have visited the venue before. When I said thank you but declined a 60min massage the lady just put the phone down on me. Don't think I will be calling them again. Pity, I've had some good experiences there in the past.

Thank you for your review, I understand your dismay however I did explain to you why the lady was only willing to do a 60 minute session with you.

The ladies have explained to me that a 90 minute session with a strange client is very intense and that they prefer to see a client first for a 60 minute session to build up a connection with the client.

Once they have done a 60 minute session it is easier for them to know how to satisfy a client for the full 90 minutes so that the session is mutually enjoyable.

When I spoke to you on the phone at no time was I rude.

When I explained why the Lady in question would only consent to a 60 minute session, at no time did you indicate that you had a bad back and wanted a longer massage for that purpose.

You simply said "okay, no nevermind, bye" and hung up the phone. I did not put the phone down on you as you have said.

I believe that all clients that have phoned here to book a service will know that I pride myself on the venues telephone manners.

The only time I ever put the phone down on a client is when they are rude or verbally abusive towards me, which you weren't.

I am sorry you feel the way that you do, and that you have taken this personally.

Rooms are always tidy and shower facilities up to standard with clean towels provided !!!
