I was there on wednesday, as well as the previous saturday. I have never known anything other than a welcoming relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are immaculate, neat, beautifully arranged, clean and smell fresh. On Wednesday the Lady even went and fetched extra bigger towels for us (we did splash around in the shower, LOL)!!! The water was warm, the shower time was hot!!! Having a 90min booking, half way thru we were exausted and thirsty and the Lady fetched two ice cold bottles of water for us to enjoy....

The venue is far more than 2/5!! No, it is not the Hilton but in my experince I could never fault them.
Having seen a few Ladies there.... a 3/5 for personal cleaniness is once again not my experince , ever....
Privacy at 3/5??? Like I said, I have been numerous times and never ever saw or bumped into anyone.
You might not return again, and I dont know why you feel that way??
But Be Sensual is my new "go to place" for time out, relax and fun fun fun. Hope you find your place.

I have been to Be Sensual a few times and it is a lovely clean venue. The ladies are just as lovely and accommodating. No complaints.

WTF??? I have also been to the venue a couple of times and it has always been top notch. Really not sure what this fellow is talking about.
Hostess and ladies beautiful and friendly, the venue is scrupulously clean and very private.

Some real questions of credibility here
