Yup could be any of these scenarios.
There used to be a cop that used to hang out outside a venue just off Corlett drive, tried to nail quick a few guys, then he moved to a do the same at a venue in Randburg. He just would target guys.
I once had an issue at a venue where cops where hanging out outside....so I couldn't leave
whole there were there. I spoke to the owner, they were doing it to intimidate them into paying bribes, so sometimes the cops get details of houses in their area and harass the house or the punters
