Here is another scenario. Remove barriers to entry and reduce cost of sales. Easy enough.
Your barrier to entry on 15 minute (HJ or bj) is that it carries the same cost as longer appointments. Make up, outfits, etc.
Well, package your quickie as a "girl next door" experience. Little or no makeup and spruce up. And the punter gets to choose if you go topless or bottomless.
