Who takes an ipad into a booking?? Have you listed a complaint with ESA to investigate and have her side of the story as well? Do hope she hasn't fallen off the bus.

Realised irrespective of what it take into a booking.. your personal belongings should be safe. Entering a providers place should be a safe place from a privacy and safety perspective. Due to the lack of response from Kris has made up my mind on making a booking out of safety concerns. Pity because she looks lovely in her pics...
