I don't think that applies to working girls. If you are able to get a permit then you are able to travel.

It certainly will not apply to us. You have a permit because of your profession and have to travel. But we girls wont get for sure. And many establishments are closed so we cant stay anyway on top of it. boo hoo

That depends on the lady some ladies do have means of getting permits as some are smart enough have registered business and declare their income while others have contacts ;)
