So here is the issue. I have been a client of Jennifer since she began in this industry and have watched her grow. It's rather unfortunate that I have to write this.

Two weeks ago, I booked Jennifer for Saturday one week in advance. When I arrived at the agreed upon venue, she did not answer her phone. After a few minutes I left. The next day I called her to enquire about what happened. She gave a story about not feeling well and that her PA was unaware of our appointment.

Fast forward to today, which, again I booked a week in advance and confirmed yesterday. I received a message earlier by her PA, someone named Elaine asking to defer my appointment by 30 minutes. No problem.

When I arrived at the venue, which is a guest house, Elaine who was not on site tells me that Jen will be with me shortly. After a little while a man whom I've never delt with before tells me that she is booked up until 2pm. Elaine and this man have a telephonic argument in which thereafter I'm told to leave. The call abruptly cut. No apology offered.

This is very disappointing and completely unfair. If she was unable or did not want to see me, she could have just said so instead of wasting my time.
