So i decided to visit Sammy on a thursday morning. She had an appointment at 10am and since i prefer being the first client of the day , the hostess suggested i arrive at 8am and i agreed.

I opted for the 2 hour booking cause i always felt that 1 hour bookings are rather rushed considering time to shower before and after . And for the price i paid, i was expecting top notch premium service.

@ Glory 189: I call bullshit!
On many many counts and normally I take the biblical advice and don not answer the unwise, but here you are doing damage to a kind soul and deserve to be called out (at least I think so)
But let the readers decide for themselves.
Before the visit: You rate the phone manner as a 4/5. So while I dont concur with your judgement, I acknowledge your right to think what you want about your phone experience. The part I consider to be a self-inflicted wound, is that according to your rating you knew up front (after/during the call) that the call is not perfect, yet you still drive to PTA? Still book 2 hours? Have you not read the forum or do you not believe fellow punters where everybody agrees the call is an important part of the decision? Either way, you persisted despite your own forebodings and then want to put blame.
The booking: You claim you knew she had a previous booking for 10 and yet you thought it wise to book 8-10? You would not like to leave early and the next guy is unlikely to be satisfied with taking over on a hot mattress. Being the pros I experienced both her and the hostess to be, I would venture good money you would have been pre-warned you can't leave at 10:00 only, so I conclude you decided to leave early even before you came to the venue. On the off chance that they did not warn you, could you not work out that one for yourself? Again it sounds like a self-inflicted wound as you knew up front things will get rushed at 10 with a good chance of a potential awkward meeting between you and the guy driving in as you go out? Not well thought through. But heck I get it, I know where your brains were. No blame on you, but just acknowledge that said blame can not be on the house either.
The venue: My experience was that they checked with me beforehand how far I was away and as I drove up gate and garage opened without me having to lift a finger. Door was closed by the time my seatbelt was off and yet you rate privacy as 3/5. Lets assume they did not check or see you coming or had you park in the garage, then you would still have been behind a gate and in a cull de sac. If the privacy risk inside a venue be your concern, then again you should have expected venue level security and cant complain. The place is so clean, I will literally bet you the price of a visit to the lady, that I will eat off that floor. Are we on?
Looks: Her face is on the majority of her pics so how can that have been a surprise? If you caught her on an off day with some skin markings as you say (and I don't contest the possibility) then she would probably have done some makeup repairs and even if she looked like a cheetah (have to give you that -- there is affair bit of wild cat in that one!), how can the lines of such a classic face lead you to conclude a 3? If you want to know about my experience of the service wait a while so I can get time to put up my review, but it is statistically impossible for you to be speaking of the same person as the one I met. Such bubble and sparkle can not be excited in her by me as a 57y old. So if she did not respond to you at all, you must be uglier than a dog (and I don't believe for a moment that you are!!). So maybe you were just doing some lady a favour by writing down the competition?

Look I get it, maybe you scored a "free one" as a thank you, but then just please try not to injure the innocent in the process. Sammy deserves better. If for no other reason, then at least because in the process of trying to tell us about her, maybe you are telling us more about yourself as the evidence of logical limitations in your claims are rather glaring.
