ESA had a 60 day photo set policy but due to the advertisers not complying with the policy we thought it might be best for them to find out for themselves why we had the policy.
The 60 policy no longer applies and the advertiser can take pictures as and when they see fit. We do encourage new picture sets as we know it is best for their business but we can not force them.
I would suggest before making your final decision on an advertiser to book that you look at when her pictures were taken to see how recent they are and then addition to that look at her comment and reviews as that would be your indication on if the advertiser still looks like her pictures.
