I was unfortunate (or should I say fortunate) to have had a run in with this lady in 2019. To clarify, I did not book her, but she's the one who welcomed me at the parking area. I was not willing to continue with the booking with the other lady and paid the cancellation fee and left. Bait and switch is what came to my mind, and I see the punter who tried booking Kaylin had a similar experience. Luckily Kaylin shows her face so I know to avoid her as well. Birds of a feather and all that.
