Yep. It has been a hectic few months. Distractions had to be at their minimal.
The hard ass approach, the cold shoulder to much, all in the hope of longterm success.
No second chances.

It was worth it!!!

I DID IT!!!

And so more time now to dilly dally, get distracted by the call of lust and erotic debauchery and engage more in the fineness of bodily pleasures.

And , here I am, in most fine Cape Town.

The Sanlam Cape Town Marathon on Sunday...my sport therapy offerings pre and post event....a go to choice worthy of consideration. I KNOW I am more than good.

A cloudy foggy goood morning Cape Town!


Yesterday, Thursday, was special in so many ways.
