Rates aren't the only thing punters look for when punting. It's only one factor. Might even be the deciding factor but there's a whole lot of factors before that like looks, age, area etc that come into play before even considering a booking.

Then we go into the services offered included or extra or not on the table but required and reviews and feedback and referrals hour of operation and availability and forum personas and all of that.

And then the rates and with it comparison to the competition we can book for same and similar or even less but better or perhaps R100-200 more but way way younger hotter firmer sweeter sexier perkier better.

So if rates dropping aren't working, consider all the other factors.

A rate drop from a 50yo plumpy from R5K to R1.5k doesn't mean anything when the 25yo gem down the road providing tip tier service that everyone is raving about is at R800 standard with no rate drop.

Similarly, we've seen recently that a known scammer with a bad rep couldn't even give away freebies let alone get bookings at her standard R250. It wasn't the rate but her scamming and services or lack thereof that is the problem. If she where a good person and gave good service, she could even double her rate and be busy all day everyday but it's those other factors.

Why at the end do you adress Mallet and say "we" should rates rates?

This was a discussion of note well done guys and ladies.

So are we doing this? June boycott. Members are tired of being promised things and getting disappointed. Being treated like we are doing people favours by supporting their business. The other day I was charged 1.5 for a backrub(not even a proper massage), another time 2k for an hour session where the difference was extras I didn't even receive. Then if we complain we are "difficult clients" so I just left.

A few years ago, after this same discussion created frustration, two gentlemen offered free photos for the ladies for two months on a new platform they had created. They claimed to have an existing clientele.
