Looks like Q 20 ' got the slip'

Read this through and cannot help but to think, we as the purple world are very influenced by a certain ladies and gents on the forum.

Can we not stop judging people and get on with what the intention of this purple world is.

I think if you experience any problems with the service providers or punters that you can't resolved with them personally rather contact the ESA office .. they will gladly assist !!!

Spot on! If my assumption is correct then the unfortunate part is that Q20 was publicly shamed on this forum and might have wanted the situation clarified on the same platform. Again that might only be the case if it is the same situation. It takes very special person to be able to walk away from such a situation, i take my hat off to you Q20.
