Dear ESA community

I have decided to take a break to sort myself out ... I have started to drink more than usual and some decisions i took while intoxicated have cause tears and heartbreak to some persons whom I have the highest respect for and company I really enjoyed !!!

Enjoy this fantasy world to the fullest but remember to respect each other to the fullest ... at the end of the day we are still human beings with feelings no matter what !!!

Getting on 5 years now. I did the same thing. I was drinking partying screwing everyday every night.stopped it all went organic no salts sugar fats meat and alcohol.

Best thing I ever did. Did not even look at ESA for 4 years. Meet a hrt women, which I finally screwed up. Been back punting for a year but healthy and it so much fun now.
