The video is of a TED talk given by Juno Mac. Juno mac is a sex worker and activist for sex worker rights. In the video she talks about how all the current legal approaches to prostitution don't work and are harmful.

This talk is amazing. Spot on. What an awesome woman. She makes so many strong, salient points.... Among other things, this video does much to show those who assume we're all stupid (and only here *because* we're stupid) just how wrong they are.

Nope and she should never have to rethink her views no matter how pc we have all become. Unfortunately what she says is 100% true and correct and yoy will never be able to change it.

Just a side interesting point, and not to detract from the message of the whole video, she mentions South Africa amongst the countries where sex work (apologies for the term ladies) is entirely criminalised, which is correct. She then says that in such countries (such as SA) you sex workers can be arrested for carrying condoms and often girls make a choice between getting arrested and risky sex, and would rather choose not to carry condoms in fear of being arrested and risk getting HIV. I don't know how true this is for SA.
