Ok. What i am trying to do is to get about 18+ gents, including myself, to pay R500. That will cover about most of the costs, and then all the ladies can come and enjoy the social for free. So basically the gents pays the entrance for themselves and for a lady. Does this help. Will send more info on Monday. I am basically trying to get more ladies to come through and enjoy the day. There will be a cash bar, so no one is allowed to bring alcohol in. Thanks.

Dude please pm details as well, I have two ladies in mind and a friend of mine coming from the US. Will be a great way of showing him a good time with a bang and shut him up once and for all as we always have this argument on US vs SA ladies. he got the picture the last time he was here but this will just conclude the argument

@Square - the R500 covers the entrance for the gents and for the ladies. It includes the food but not alcohol. So basically the R500 per gent is for the venue and for the caterers.
