Im looking for a house to rent in Pretoria or Johannesburg with a budget of 13k per month. My reason for asking on the site is because i dont have payslips etc to rent through an agency being a working girl. I can put the deposit and 1st months rent down cash.

Looking for a nice garden, pool would be a big bonus. Need 3 bedrooms and needs to be pet friendly.

I have a place like that. You can move in tomorrow, cats and dogs also welcome. I will arrange the wedding in a month's time, just so that you can feel commfortable there. Please don't bring your mother, I am not good with older people. The R 13 k just about covers the bond, and I will put in the rest. Our maid will clean, wash, iron etc. Your duties we can discuss, but no more would be expected from you than that of a normal housewife, except for one thing that is prohibited in my house :

My place is furnished. Minimalistically. Also refer to my use of clothing. Pool is there, and clothing is optional. Outside braai on wheels. Bar, of course. Big screen TV, willing to delete my annual subscription to pornsites. No problems with you continuing your chosen career. Two nights per week off, as I am playing poker with the boys. Also off on Saturday during daytime, as I am playing golf. 19'th hole sometimes problematic, might need lift from golfclub. Uber won't collect me, been blacklisted there when I went to fetch my, uhm, package. Couldn't help fuzz was waiting inside? Oh, and still the headache thing.

Haven't heard from you yet ? Mowed the lawn, picked up the last year's dog poo. Even December's dishes been washed, not packed away yet. Municipality will collect last months debris.

Really need your deposit to move in, can maybe buy a mattress for us ? No need for linen yet, too hot.
