Yes I'm a introvert, No I'm not shy, No I'm not stuck up, No I'm not anti social, I'm just listening, I'm just observing, I can't stand small talk.
But ill talk about life for hours, I'd rather be home with A friend or two than among a big crowd of acquaintances.

Don't scold me in public
Don't embarress me in public
Respect that I'm reserved
And if I open myself up to you know that your very special to me..

Introverts are, usually, very intelligent people.

Up until 2009, I thought that being an introvert was some form of deficiency. I had applied for a job and subjected myself to a psychometric test. The test revealed that I was an introvert. It perturbed me and caused me to interrogate the tester. She informed me that introversion was nothing to be shunned, but embraced, in that it was merely another personality type. She then revealed that she, herself, was an introvert.

To cut a long story short, this issue caused me to engage in much introspection and research. In 2011, I came across a book titled, "The Introvert Advantage", written by Marti Olsen Laney. What an interesting read. I highly recommend that you read this book. You will discover that there is nothing for us to be afraid of. In fact, I believe that many extroverts who read this book, will envy us.

My perception of you is diametrically opposite to what it was before reading your posts.

And I am sensitive. They say 99% of communication is non verbal.
